A few words About Me

Hello! My name is Konstantina, and I am a graduate of the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the University of Thessaly. In 2021, I completed my MSc in Forensic Science at the University of Strathclyde. After working as a Medical Writer and as a diagnostic genetics analyst, I am now employed in the pharmaceutical industry as a Quality Control Analyst. In my free time, I love dancing, painting, and cooking!

Why I Chose My Career

I always wanted to work in the natural sciences, and I was fascinated by anything that explains how the human body functions. My field allows me to study all biological systems and understand how they interact with one another. I was also always intrigued by careers related to criminal investigation (like CSI), so I chose a field that could help me pursue those interests.

Why I Became a Volunteer at R.E.A.L Science

When I was trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life, I didn’t know that such specialized fields existed in Greek universities. I hope to help others decide what they want to study by sharing my experiences and goals.
