Why I Chose My Career

My interests within the field of nutrition science are broad, allowing me to gain a well‑rounded understanding of the many approaches within the discipline. After all, food is connected to most aspects of human life.

In recent years, the skills I have developed most strongly relate to educating the public on nutritional issues and promoting prevention with the ultimate goal of improving health through experiential learning. I am also involved in addressing various conditions through targeted nutritional interventions.
