A few words About Me
In my final year of high school, during the intense preparation for the national exams, I realized my interest in science. That interest kept growing throughout my studies, even though I’m a person with many hobbies and passions. Recently, after receiving a scholarship to work as a trainee researcher in Spain, I am now preparing to begin my Master’s degree. My goal is to focus, grow further, discover my more specialized interests, and make the most of the skills I’ve gained so far.
Why I Chose My Career
My interest in science led me to study Food Science. As it turned out, this field—combined with my work experience both in Greece and abroad—helped me realize that I am particularly drawn to research, analytical work, laboratory techniques, and the software tools required for them. And not only within the context of food science, which is inherently multidisciplinary, but also in the broader fields of chemistry and biology.
